SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH
Bexley Schools is in the process of finding a new Superintendent, as Dr. Mike Johnson leaves the district in summer 2017.  The national search firm, HYA Associates, has conducted community focus groups and a survey to determine the qualities residents would like to see in their new leader.  The Bexley Board of Education approved that Leadership Profile in December 2016.  Having posted the position, HYA is now seeking qualified candidates for screening and interviews according to a timeline that includes more opportunities for input from the public.  Bexley Schools expects to announce the new Superintendent in April 2017.
